1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using inistours.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking and Payment

To confirm your booking, a deposit must be paid at the time of reservation. Full payment is required no later than 7 days prior to the tour commencement date. Failure to complete the payment within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of your booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your tour, please notify us as soon as possible. The following cancellation fees will apply:

- Cancellations made more than 21 days before the tour: full refund minus a processing fee of 59.95eur
- Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the tour: 50% refund of the total amount.

4. No Refunds Policy

Once the tour has commenced, no refunds will be awarded if the client cancels any day(s) of the tour. This includes any activity contracted through Inis Tours. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

5. Changes to Itineraries

Inis Tours reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, governmental restrictions, or any other issues that may affect the safety and enjoyment of our tours. We will notify clients of any changes as soon as possible.

6. Liability Waiver

Clients assume all risks associated with participating in tours, including but not limited to personal injury, accidents, or loss of personal property. Inis Tours is not liable for any incidents that occur during the tour.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.

8. Modifications to Terms

Inis Tours reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
